This is the second best-selling golf GPS system on Amazon.co.uk at the moment, just behind the Garmin Approach S1. So I picked one up last week and have given it a good test drive, so welcome to my Snooper Shotsaver S320 Review.

The main features that attracted me to the S320, is the price and the fact that there isn’t an annual subscription. The features list is comparable to high end Sonocaddie and SkyCaddie devices making this unit incredible value for money if it can deliver.

The V500 comes pre-loaded with all the courses available in your country of preference and also the unit can be upgraded to include all of Sonocaddie courses world wide.

Colour course layouts, video flyovers, satellite imagery, customization options, scorecard, stats… If features curl your toes, then you definitely better get some curly-toed golf shoes since the V500 has got features in abundance.

The Caddy Lite is a portable hand held device which uses GPS technology to tell golfers all the distances they need on the golf course.

Your Caddy Lite will automatically provide you with the distances you need on each and every hole. Your Caddy Lite displays (in the top row of the display) the distance to the front of the green you are playing – even if you are on an adjoining fairway or through the green. It will also show how far it is to or to carry up to three primary hazards on each hole: Bunkers, Water, Dog Legs, Fairway Run Out, Hollows or Paths etc.

I found this top end device incredibly easy to use. It has a superb colour screen, which is great for the price as the Sky Caddie alternative is more expensive. Downloading new courses from the site couldn’t be easier and takes seconds. I found the courses that I downloaded incredibly accurate. They even had my local 9 hole course available in brilliant detail. You can check out the Sonocaddie website now to see if your local courses are available to download. There is a function that allows you to add and edit landmarks on each hole which is useful if there are hazards that you particularly want to know the distances to.
